Went on numerous occasions to complain about the vagrants. There's been ongoing robbing and vulgar behaviour outside our apartment and main road where we live. The vagrants sleep the whole day on main road and side roads. Law enforcement has promised to clean up but once again failed dismally. This is not your ordinary vagrants this is gangsters from other areas. They are targeting the patrons from the restaurants and pubs. People who live in between these places are woken by them shouting from the the one road to the other. I and others who live on this stretch of road have to go to work the next day.But we do not get enough sleep because of their noise!!!!

Useless. I have made numerous call requests for the 3 Arts village building site in Plumstead as they work well passed the allowed hours until the early hours of the morning. And law enforcement ignores the requests every single night I have the reference numbers of each request dating back over a year.

Can never get through to them. I live a block away from Jeremiah's Pub and have to be subjected to thumping speakers onto the early hours. Forget about peace and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Law enforcement is useless.
