Not the best services.

Call them and report poachers....but nothing happens

I desperately needed an affidavit and Commissioner of Oath stamp to verify that the ID photo of the person that had been sent to me was indeed that of my uncle who had passed away the previous day. Not only was the matter sorted out quickly, but a police lady in admin tried to print out a hard copy for me. It was not her fault that the computer was slow and I ended up getting the printout done elsewhere, but she took the trouble half an hour later to message me that it had been printed at last! I sincerely wish all our police officers showed such integrity, empathy and compassion. This lady rekindled my faith in our police service and my country!

Very dissapointed, as a victim.l opened a case.Criminals are a walkable distance from the police station,but l still have to go through a complicated procedure for weeks for them to be locked away. They might hurt me again ,maybe l will just have to totally forget about reporting and take my own life than living in fear and pain.No action is taken yeah! women are still under (no protection)...

Rude and unprofessional.

Office Kadiaka very rude and unruly when u come ask for assistance he has a attitude. Not only with me but with other people in the station. When u ask about a affidavit the officers in this station are more concerned about certifying papers than helping others in the line . Worst police station. On the note and officers. Are disrespectful

Phoned them for about 5 min non stop still no answer

They need to be removed from Google listing as the no ever answers the phone, government should invest in VoIP phones and port forwarding to the captain or person on duty, tried the Mayville saps countless times. No response so I tried the Berea Saps only to be told I need to call Mayville? Still no answer. They keep saying don't take the law into our own hands..!? What can or must we do when the police station is unavailable, and other services can't help, but divert us to call the unavailable station.

Good service friendly.

Parkweg was rated number two in performance in the province. Good service from South African Police Service and keeping up on working together with the community although there is negativity from people at times on service delivery, so far they doing good specially on expanding their premises with renovations.
