It ws OK in the sense that I had to wait long to see someone

I called to request assistance beginning of December 2019 and I was promised a call but up to date, I had no call.

Incompetence. They take forever to process your claim but they're happy to deduct your premiums though.

My late aunt was a member and had her will drafted there. They refused to read it to us, it had spelling errors such as singed on. It was such an awful experience,not compassionate at all towards us nor were they exercising good practice. Really disappointing. They lost four potential clients.

The office is now more welcoming and decent.

It is very hard to find a person with such an outstanding work ethic. Be it a small query or a large opportunity everyone that enters this office is treated with dignity and respect. The Lords Legal Solutions is there for the people. Having this type of vision their future can only be blessed. Pst Gabriel you are a blessing to all that meet you. and that come and seek your advice and help. You have impacted many lives and would carry on doing so. If you are reading this and are thinking of joining up with LegalWise, I wouldn't recommend them! I strongly disagree! Try someone else! I'm in the process of cancelling my policy with them.

Good customer service

My mother got the worst service ever and to top it off the legal consultant gave her attitude. I mean why though cause payments are being made every month and we didn't get the help we needed, I even had to call in a favour from my legal side...

Good dayi transfered money and it went to someone else i called my bank to help me, they tried calling the other person and the person refuse to do the reversal what do i do
