We were directed to this service by our immigration lawyer, and I am so thankful that we were. We used two other document services and tried to file our own application through the embassy. None of them were able to locate the document, with some speculating that it had been destroyed. In less time than it took other providers to say it was lost, SA Document Services was able to find the unabridged birth certificate we needed. They really put in the work, and they were friendly and responsive throughout the process. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough!

Trying to find someone who you haven't met to get documents while living abroad is a very scary process. These guys however were amazing every step of the way with my freedom of status document and I highly recommend.

My immigration consultant referred them to me, so I had a layer of trust going into it from the start. Still, it was a lot of money to pay (I went for the priority service) so there was a bit of skepticism at the back of my mind.Not only did the certificate come in 3 weeks as opposed to 4, but I was kept in constant communication with updates and got my certificate scanned and delivered in record timing.I'd say majority of the time you'd be looking for an unabridged document, it's because of a visa or immigration, so the timeline will probably be tight. In that situation, time really does equal money, and the ease at which they can get your documents for you is well worth the money.
