This place is absolutely amazing - best service every single time! Rayton traffic department is 25km away from my local traffic department but worth the drive. This centre is so organised starting with their very friendly and knowledgeable security guards. The centre opens promptly at 8 but by 07:30 the personnel are already on site. They welcome you with a smile whilst checking your documents. The speed at which you are assisted is unmatched AND their systems have been working each time I have visited. Applying and receiving my driver’s license has NEVER been so easy!!Thank you thank you for making things so easy, being efficient and providing an overall pleasurable experience.

Been standing in the son from 12 to 3 30 to collect a passport. Staff don't answer when you ask a question and is not really friendly and helpful. Must be the heat that I wanted to faint standing in for hours. This is the tops still did not collect my passport said come back tomorrow.

PLEASE how can i check if my daughters drivers card is ready for collection. No luck in calling - you dont answer the phone. who has n number that is working please

This review does not even deserve a one-star rating!Be prepared to stand the whole day in the queue outside in the sun just to get a printed statement from the 1 person assisting at the information desk. The 2 ladies at finance are more than effective and efficient - it's quick once you move past the info desk!Absolutely disgusting poor service!!! (When they are online)Poor maintained building! Disorganized and dirty.

Went there before 12 on a Friday a little while ago. Very few people awaiting assistance, yet my disabled brother was refused help. When he recently went again, he requested to sit inside as he suffers from seizures due to strokes - his request was refused..

It is a head quarters of Maluti a phofung municipality premises, you can find almost everything regarding the local government.

The best Home Affairs in my opinion, it runs like a well oiled machine, I went to go do my Passport and the lady advised me to just do my ID card same time, I was in and out in less than an hour, it's professional, clean, no long queues, but if there are, they are moving and best of all, the systems are never offline :)

Needs to be subject to a full review regarding its practices and governance in order to achieve some accountability. That would be in the public interest.

Still waiting for my rewrite results....its been 3 years now
