My journey with Be Authentic , has been a lovely experience , Shaneil and his team are extremely efficient and great with communication. I have had various documents apostilled along with a PCC and a degree. They definitely made me feel comfortable and presented a trusting service; as handling of such documents does make one feel quite anxious. I highly recommend this company , as I will continue using Be Authentic for all future documents needed.

If I could give them more stars I would. I had great service at a great price. I couldn't be happier. Communication was so on point and efficient, I felt like I was using an instant message app when I was just using emails to communicate with them. Almost instant replies. Informative and always answer questions.I have nothing I can fault them for. If I would need their services again, I'm sure I'd work with them in a heart beat.

Exceptional Service; with out question, the best service I have received from any company in a long time.I had three (3) documents verified and attested by Adri and team and the turn around in getting this done was under ten days, way quicker than I anticipated. The communication from my very first encounter through each steep of the way was outstanding.

My second time using Be Authentic’s services in the past 4 years and I’m as impressed as I was the first time. PROS: They managed to process all the necessary visa requirements for my certifications and PCC for two different countries in half the time and a better rate than other companies. I highly recommend using their services if you hate driving around and dealing with red tape. CONS: Communication is a little slow — I had to reach out several times in order to get a response and updates on the progress of my documents.

Brilliant service from this company. Great communication all through the process, cost effective and most importantly they deliver what you need much faster than the average. Their charges are very reasonable especially for the service you receive. During Covid nothing is totally guaranteed, but they promised a turnaround time , and gave it to me in writing, and they actually beat it. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody that wants great, honest and reliable service. There are other companies out there that promise but don't deliver, and also companies that charge way more for the document service than Be Authentic.

I contacted Be Authentic to get 5 documents attested. Whilst I received 1 cheaper quote than them, the alternative company didn't give me the comfort that Be Authentic did, with my biggest concern being my docs getting lost or stolen. Having said that, Be Auth are still one of the cheaper companies out there at the moment. I paid just over R10k where another company quoted me R35k for the same job. My docs took 2 months exactly, with originals returned undamaged. Shaneil and team kept me in the loop whenever I had a follow up or if they had an update. I highly recommend Be Authentic for peace of mind, transparency, as well as affordability.

I have been using this company since 2018. Their service have been have professional and fast. I really recommend for people living abroad who want their documents to be done. I got my letter of non impediment, birth certificate, confirmation of driving licence and police clearance. Thanks Shaneil and the team
