When family friends started dropping hints that Mom needed help we didn’t know what to do. Mom had strong opinions and there was no way she needed a carer. The CareCompany listened to our predicament and found a wonderful carer who won Mom over on the very first visit. Over the years as Mom needed more care the CareCompany has been there for us at every step with flexibility and understanding. The carers are compassionate while keeping Mom mentally stimulated and happy with games and conversation. They capably manage Mom’s physical care and events like doctors appointments.

The Care Company have helped look after my mom during the COVID pandemic including doing her all grocery shopping, as well as support with various other things such as taking her to doctors visits etc. The service that they have provided has been excellent and it has been a great source of comfort for me knowing my mom is being looked after as I am overseas and have not been able to get back to see her because of the pandemic.
