Manasta Nurses and Carers were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to find us a carer even though we were living on a remote farm. The management kept in contact with me daily to find out how everything was going which was so reassuring.The carer, Phindi was amazing and helped with all the care needed post the car accident. She did all the physio exercises that were given to her by the physio. She pushed the client and I believe she definitely helped with his recovery.I would highly recommend this company. This is definitely the type of care you need.

Manasta have been very professional throughout my dealings with them: from the first enquiry to the end of the contract (11 days). All my queries were handled quickly and efficiently - even when I changed the start date to earlier, the caregiver arrived within 24 hours. This was a godsend for me. The care giver, Winnie, was professional throughout. With the change from caregiver to assisting through the last days of my mother's life, she adjusted and took this in her stride. We contracted the services of Charmaine, from Manasta Nurses and Carers, to help with caring for my sister-in-law after her stroke. Jess, the director of the business, was always professional, and available to assist me.Before I signed the contract I had many questions and wanted to speak to other customers who used their services. Jess asked clients for their permission and I contacted them. Nothing was too much for Jess.Charmaine cared for my beautiful sister-in-law with so much love and tenderness. She arrived each day in her beautiful uniform, and we received a daily report, which contained an hourly, sometimes half-hourly update on exactly what care was given and how the patient reacted.Sadly, my sister-in-law passed away on 15th October and even on that day, Jess was compassionate, caring and gentle.You will not go wrong with Manasta Nurses and Carers. We currently have 2 Carers looking after our 90 year old Mum and they are a blessing to our family in kindly and happily caring for Mum.Doreen and Winnie have become a part of the family and we are so grateful for their gentle and considerate daily care for our Mum.They both take the initiative to carry out various activities to enable Mum to be active in her daily routine to enjoy a better quality of life as well as ensuring her daily health and hygiene needs are met.Their dedicated companionship is a joy to her day.Leigh and Tracy

We had an excellent experience. Jess (the manager) was able to assist me on a public holiday and sent the most wonderful nurse to assist the next day. Our nurse was always on time and went above and beyond. My mom, who she was taking care of absolutely adores her. I reccomend this agency to anyone and I will be using them again.
