Great customer service and advice!

Ina Bags are so knowledgable! I was looking to purchase a travel hard case suitcase and they really explained to me which brands I should be looking at and why. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive suitcase, they listened to my needs and steered me in the right direction, but ultimately let me decide what I wanted. They were never pushy, only helpful and friendly. While I was in the store, I watched them help other customers too and they really place a lot of emphasis on customer service. Don't bother shopping at chain stores or specialised luggage shops in the malls when you can get the best advice and quality bags from Ina. They even told me they don't stock a reputable luggage brand because the company's after sales service is below par. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

In todays world, customer service is non existent. These people amazed me today with their service. A while ago, I was window shopping for a new school bag for my son and almost bought a new one as his current LongBoard suitcase handle was broken. Buyin a R1300 suitcase for just a handle thats broken....not funny but had to be done. They advised me to rather bring the bag in for them to repair it than buying a new one! Wow, you could have made lots more money. And giving me a loan bag in the meantime while the bag gets repaired. Wow wow wow!!
