Above and beyond service. I spent a few dollars on a phone charger and then received advice and a workaround for an autofocus/shutter button issue. I live in NSW and the worker knew that, but still assisted generously.

Yesterday I walked in with my disposable camera. The man who helped me, was very very nice. Just leaving this 5-star review for the customer service. Haven't been treated this nicely in a store in a looong time.I will receive my pictures tomorrow, honestly can't wait!

Best photo shop, honestly I'm soo happy I was referred to this company. The staff is so friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure the client receives what is needed and requested. Best service

This Saturday one staff member sitting chatting on her smartphone as with the guy straddling the entrance, chatting merrily on his phone . Nobody will even make eye contact or ask if they can assist. You wait and wait until you walk out frustrated. And this not the first time.

Absolutely shocking service and overall quality of product. This after paying the most amount of money I have ever spent to have just 3x A4 photos printed. They did not inform me of any extra charges such as 'redesigning' of the photographs, etc. As a consumer one has the right to be informed of any 'extras' and the cost of these before agreeing to make a purchase. Costs should never be hidden. (Also given what you are paying to have these photos printed one would think this would be included in the fee) I then received 3 photographs that look completely different in the frames (different sizes, colours, boarders, etc) When I took the photos back in their frames to show them and to simply ask for help, I was met with condescension, spoken over, and everything that was suggested to fix" the problem came with new additional costs. Just terrible

Fantastic camera shop. Every time we want to get a new camera we look around but end up back here - have bought our last 5 cameras at Plaza Cameras and would now not go anywhere else. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and, on this occasion, generously swapped over a camera bag we had purchased the week before but ended up being too small for what we needed. No fuss at all even though we had removed the tags. Could not recommend them, or their service, higher.

Left laptop in to get repaired after windows update problem. No work done on it for a day poor communication with english being very bad. If you want prompt efficent service for laptop repair probably best to look elsewhere. I took my laptop home and will get it fixed at another location. Overall very frustrating experience
