Please note Santam Will NOT assist you or your family with Road side assistance on your policy.They left my 20 year old daughter stranded for the reason that her car did not have a spare tyre ???The vehicle is not fitted with a spare by the manufacturer but a repair kit which they could have assisted her with ..Please Be Aware of Santams small print and manipulation of policy details as not to help you when you need them…Needless to say after more than 20 years of minimal claims being a loyal customer I Will be leaving SantamI cannot express my DISAPPOINTMENT with SANTAM when you needed them to assist and in the abrupt manner they dealt with our enquiry after failing usGoodbye Santam

After being a client for roughly 20 years, I am sad to report that they are thieves, unprofessional and definitely not empathetic!! They will find excuses not to pay and expect you to be an expert in the field of insurance and keep on top of them constantly. They love using the under-insured" excuse even when they've calculated your home contents value. Communication is not a requisite of this company either. Utterly appalled."
