You won’t be seeing me again. I specifically made sure my photo is the correct size and colour on photoshop. The lady at Kodak who helped us didn’t bother to ask/show us if we are happy before or after she printed the photo. I really hate the fact that they took a perfect photo I fixed on photoshop and used their own software to overexpose and gave us a washed out photo. Please go back to college.

This is a review of my dealings with the Durban branch of this business. I contacted the Durban branch to book a rental of a pair of binoculars. I found their service very poor and unhelpful. They made me complete a number of forms and asked me to send them a whole lot of supporting documentation during my work hours. This correspondence took place for days after the initial booking enquiry was made, only to then inform me that they they had no stock of the item available. I feel like the strung me along for days and wasted my time, instead of informing upfront that they had no stock available of the item I wanted to rent. I needed to rent the binoculars for only 1 day, which was a Friday. They then informed me that I could only return it to them on Monday and they would therefore have to charge me rental over the weekend when I was not using it. I question the fairness of this. I suspect that is the reason they did not rent it out to me and made an excuse about lack of availability. All in all, I found them unprofessional and unhelpful and I would not recommend using their service.

If I could give a zero star, I would. My usb was corrupted after I had put it in the PC at Kits. Now all my files are corrupted!!!!!! Next time, ask your customers to email rather if you have virus ridden computers! I will not support this business ever again. Had ID photos taken here - horrible !

I've purchased my last 3 camera bodies from Shaun over the span of more than 10 years (7D mk1, 5D mk3, EOS R)...and a number of lenses too. I've had nothing but excellent service and personal attention form Camerashack, and I highly recommend them for all your photographic and rental requirements.

Communication can be a bit slow (probably due to load shedding), but they are generally very helpful. Price ended up being lower than advertised. Thumbs up for Alberto!

Above and beyond service. I spent a few dollars on a phone charger and then received advice and a workaround for an autofocus/shutter button issue. I live in NSW and the worker knew that, but still assisted generously.

Horrible experience. I called in the morning to ask about a service which the guy confirmed he could do (editing two pictures) . When I got to the store his attitude was so bad , he flat out refused to help a paying customer. When I asked for alternative solutions he wasn’t helpful either. Had to call the cresta branch and they helped me over the phone. I don’t know if it was racism or just incompetence.

Took gadget that we bought on 8 January 2021 back after 2 days. Was told that we can only get refunded once head office approves it. Have been back there several times to every time hear the same story. It is 7 April today and again I was given the cold shoulder!!!!

Friendly and very experienced staff. Always willing to assist.

Over the years I have used Orms numerous times and have always appreciated the customer service. But this last time I was blown away. My order was only R150s worth of batteries and the effort and correspondence put it by Patrick was truly amazing. Thanks guys
