Excellent personal service! Dr Simone is excellent with Patches - she was extremelt knowledable about the 3 tiers of itchy skin (I felt like she understood my dog's problem on a holistic level!) She was extremely informative and innovative in her approach, I am really impressed and excited about my new alternative treatment plan for my darling doggy! THANK YOU!

Excellent service. My mom's dog needed urgent care. The vet did a house call and took her dog in for further observation. The next day they called to check in with my mom and her dog. That is going above and beyond!

Everything was exceptional apart from the bill, which was 20% more than the estimated quote I was initially given.

Very compassionate as always. Even with Covid-19 issues Dr Futter continued to be as caring as he has been with Sam from the day he was born 14 years ago through his road accident and cancer as a young dog to today when we said goodbye.Highly professional, always caring. 5 stars every time

Exceptional service from the receptionists as well as Dr Evan. An absolutely amazing vet, my chihuahua was really sick and back to his normal self the very next day. Definitely my vet from now on! Also accommodated us at really short notice as it was an emergency.

At Francis was always my first choice as I found the staff from reception through to Vet was divine until I had a unfortunate experience yesterday. I sent my 3 month pup for a groom and she warned me regarding his ears. I opted for the vet not to consult as it was not part of my budget. They then went ahead and did a consult even after I said No. I was super disappointed as I had not budgeted for a bigger bill. George(the vet) asked to chat to me and was extremely dismissive and had zero bedside manner when it came to my fur baby’s issues. Instead belittled me and made me feel like I was not taking care of my pup. I have to say that I’m not too sure I would return.

Very helpful vet, easy appointment booking etc. Vet vs reception gave different information about coming back, vet says 'pop in anytime' but you are required to make a booking as the vets aren't in at all hours.The vet was great with my two cats and the shop is very well stocked

This was our Vet of choice when we had our beloved Jessie. She passed away at the age of 15 and it has taken us about 15 years since then to add another rescue puppy to our family as the loss of Jessie was devastating. We needed to take our new rescue, Jinx, for her vaccinations and decided to go back to St Francis and hoped we would find a new vet just as good as the one we had all those years ago. We were absolutely delighted to meet Dr Maryke Roberts. Such a warm and caring Doctor and a pleasure to deal with. She made us feel so welcome and Jinx didn't even mind being jabbed although she wasn't quite sure if this was somewhere she really wanted to be. After a few treats from the Vet she had a change of heart and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. I can highly recommend Dr Roberts and St Francis Veterinary Hospital.
