My Urban Retreat is an amazing experience. Charmaine is very knowledgeable about her craft and creates a beautiful and safe environment for healing. I had my first ever Reiki session with Charmaine in Cape Town when I was on holiday and have distant Reiki ever since - this had no impact on the quality of the healing session whatsoever! I could feel immediately when energy was coming through, and then I could also feel when she had finished and disconnected, which definitely blew my mind the first time. She helped unblock any blocked areas in each session I’ve had with her. The healing from Charmaine meant that I was able to feel centred and stable, and felt great relief from some very intense and stressful moments in my life. My Urban Retreat is a lovely calm, inviting sanctuary and Charmaine is intuitive and inviting, I immediately felt safe in her presence.
