Do not waste your time with this “lab”. They do not communicate with their customers, at all. After 4 identical email requests, I finally got an answer and only after I made a legal threat!The report issued consisted of one page. Only one out of the 4 entities requested, and quoted for, was actually tested. The one page “report” took 2 weeks to be done, and again, only after I threatened legal action. Take your money elsewhere, and save yourself a lot of irritation!!
