Wonderful house, at a perfect location close to the beach. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and perfect for relaxing whilst taking in the gorgeous views.The different entertainment areas allow for a braai in any weather condition. Lots of indoor and garden space for children to play. Easy stroll to the beach and lots to do in the area. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for having us.

Chilled place

Worst experience of my life. Guide had no control, horses behaved irrationally and bolted towards where they could get food. Guide was thrown and stood on. Makes me wonder if they are properly cared for and fed.

I was a freelance photographer at a SAWMGA qualifier games. Lots of friendly people and beautiful horses. Nice setting.

In my opinion, Southern Riding Centre is the best riding school. The attention to detail is brilliant. And I love that every rider is given individualized attention, even in a group lesson. I honestly wouldn't be where I'm at in riding if it wasn't for Jennifer.

Love riding with Andrea and Neo. Beautiful horses, which are so loved and well taken care of. Situated in the mountains, their trails offer breathtaking scenery all around, with forests, mountains, rivers and distant sea views. Definitely the best way to explore this part of the beautiful Garden Route.

My niece and I experienced a fantastic ride at FeatherFoot. Horses are matched to your level of competency and the horses are in good health and very friendly. Marty made our ride thoroughly enjoyable and both he and his wife are lovely people who make you feel right at home. The ride is just long enough to prevent butt aches and pains for the novice rider and you walk by the sea and through a stunning nature reserve. Beautiful scenery and a river crossing to boot. I would recommend FeatherFoot to all my friends especially those who are new to the saddle. What a joyful and memorable experience. Marty is in no rush during your outing and can assess your level of competency from the outset so to be matched to your perfect mount be honest from the outset and you wont be disappointed but rather excited during your outing. There is no pressure to gallop etc and you can enjoy a leisurely walk with your horse if you are a novice. An awesome ride and I will definitely return. My daughter and I went for a two hour ride with Northern Horse - it wasn’t long enough! What a stunning ride. From enquiring and booking right through to the end of the ride, the whole experience was brilliant. The horses were lovely, the guide very professional with equal care for the safety of clients and horses. We went on an advanced ride and it lived up to expectation, where many rides don’t.
