What a unique experience—far beyond what words can describe. The receptionist was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The lovely Doctor and his equally great aide are a top-notch team. My tooth extraction went quickly, painlessly, and smoothly. Professionalism, warmth, and informality are all at a perfect 10 out of 10. I'm pleased and content with the outcome. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED:)!!!

The best dentist in the country. I am surprised here are not 100 5 star reviews. We drive a hour and a half to visit Louis. In todays world of time saving that says it all.

Would highly recommend Dr Carien Basson. She's great with kids and has amazing attention to detail coupled with an outstanding bedside manner. If you care about your teeth, Dr Basson is the way to go. Great job!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Jaco Marx. I found the communication pre my dental procedure the most important. I felt that what I was doing made sense and felt comforted by the fact that I could visualise the final product because Dr Marx made sure I was up to speed with what he had planned. A couple of visits to the practise meant I was well taken care of. The staff are warm and friendly in their approach and the practise of the highest standard in not only equipment, but also cleanliness and service. I have always had issues with my teeth, especially aesthetically. I've been to many dentists over the years, pointless back and forth. What Dr Jaco has done for me has literally changed my life. I am active and visible on social media and the smile he gave me gives me the confidence I need to success. Can't wait to take the journey even further. Can't recommend him and this practise enough!

First time consulting and I am 101% happy, not only the service but the client care too!!!

I came in for cleaning,and fillings.The service was amazing first day we only did cleaning then scans which is where it was determined that one tooth I initially wanted a restoration on was too damaged I mean back home they could have done the filling without looking at the possible risks overall I was very happy.She advised me on how to clean my teeth moving forward and that for now every 3 months will be my own cleaning time frame until we get my gums and teeth back to good health. I was really great full for her patience as well the staff is amazing.I would highly recommend to a friend or family member. The Dentist worked with me was Maurine (I hope I wrote the spelling correctly)
