Felt really comfortable with Janine off the bat. So professional and friendly. She has helped enormously with the terrible pain that came with my sciatica, in such a short space of time too. Would highly recommend!

Started visiting wit a serious knee problem in November 2022 wit their help I was able to run Comrades Marathon on the 11 June 2023.The pre and post treatment I received was superb. Their loving staff who always wear the smile on their faces.Thank u so much guys u r such a good team

I had the best Lymphatic drainage. The masseuse was friendly and acquainted all my questions were answered with a smile. I will definitely come back. I was expecting a headache as I suffer from migraines guess what I didn't get the headache.

Janine is THE best. I’ve had a few Sports Massages and no one comes close to Janine. A very calm, caring and focused environment. I always leave feeling restored and healed. Highly recommend.

Janine, Thea & Noma all run a lovely practice and are so willing to help. I’ve had a great massage with Janine, and have used hyperbaric to try to speed up post surgery recovery. Would highly recommend!
