I am not happy at all I asked for assistance and non one bothered to assist me, I was sent from one consultant to the nextI am not really sure why I amPaying for honestly

I have been with Meerkat for about 2 or 3 years now Since COVID happened and I became the sole breadwinner.I have never had an issue since joining them.Of late I am able to start settling my debt & I have had NOTHING BUT AMAZING, WELL MANNERED, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ..MAZEEDA WILLIAMS.Not only does she know what she is talking about, she takes your debt as her own" and handles it with all MY interest at heart.It feels like she has been putting in extra just to make sure i get my settlement amounts. That extra hope & encouragement to ensure me "you will get there". That extra push to send me the settlement letters .. sure makes a woman feel good.Debt is EXTREMELY overwhelming for most of us

Horrible communication and call centre. They have been saying I owe mtn of which I told them I have not contract with mtn. I’ve emailed them proof and yet they still will send messages and harass me. I don’t understand why companies use them. Really horrible collections department! Seems like they don’t even care to check reviews nor respond to them. Safest is to go the ombudsman route.

My husband MTN account has been settled with them over two months ago, still not updated on ITCs and we cannot get a paid up letter. Even MTN claims they can't see the account. Very bad service

I thought it was the mostly reliable debt review company with a quick turn around time, but it seems that the payments i had made were not paid to the creditor. When it finally came to settling my last two accounts i was told i owed over R100 000 to the bank yet my statement said R637.00... They didn't take a year of payments into account... Be vigilant and ask question you cant trust anyone even though you're literally putting your livelihood into their hands. And when they mess up they do not call or respond to emails or your account manger will call you back... It does not happen.

Since ,I made full payment ,they nor longer updating me on my file and thier emails/contact are unreachable.itsbeen 3years now they are no where Tobe found I can't even get my refund I have been calling they take ur details but never get back to u.such a disappointment.
