10 /10 ... I have been with Meerkat for about 2 or 3 years now Since COVID happened and I became the sole breadwinner.I have never had an issue since joining them.Of late I am able to start settling my debt & I have had NOTHING BUT AMAZING, WELL MANNERED, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ..MAZEEDA WILLIAMS.Not only does she know what she is talking about, she takes your debt as her own" and handles it with all MY interest at heart.It feels like she has been putting in extra just to make sure i get my settlement amounts. That extra hope & encouragement to ensure me "you will get there". That extra push to send me the settlement letters .. sure makes a woman feel good.Debt is EXTREMELY overwhelming for most of us

Lee Pieterse is a wonderful man he helped my mom and now our home is saved all thanks to Lee Pieterse and how well he understands the law, the rules and regulations, the terms and conditions taken to consideration so happy with the service. The world deserves people like Lee people who understands customer service I'm a happy and blessed client today I hope everyone gets the same service. Just ask for Lee you will never regret it

I thought it was the mostly reliable debt review company with a quick turn around time, but it seems that the payments i had made were not paid to the creditor. When it finally came to settling my last two accounts i was told i owed over R100 000 to the bank yet my statement said R637.00... They didn't take a year of payments into account... Be vigilant and ask question you cant trust anyone even though you're literally putting your livelihood into their hands. And when they mess up they do not call or respond to emails or your account manger will call you back... It does not happen.

I send quite an extensive email regarding questions i had about debt review and also asked advice that did not even concern this company and David O' Brien took the time to email and advice me and give me all the info i asked for without being a client of the company. Kindness within an evironment that is extremely daunting and challenging for most people....go a far way.I would recommend him anytime as he seems to be a people person!

Liars liars liars, do not go into an agreement with these people they will lie to you over a recorded phone call and take accountability. We went into an agreement based on confirmation from consultant that cell phone upgrades will absolutely not be affected. Turns out that was a lie , we cannot upgrade our contracts. Now we have canceled the contract and have debt review on our names. For atleast 5 years. They refuse to help and even worse are blaming us the consumers for not complying.

I would like to thank Sazi Jikela and Fadwah Hendricks for assisting us to get clearance certificate. Meerkat consultants are always willing to assist! Today we are debt review free.

In a nutshell - expect to be treated like you were their only client. The staffers’ hospitality is nothing short of excellence!

Tears wiped away now and so much thrilled to complete this pain and sorrowful journey had it not been shielded by your warm soothing hand. You deserve applause for your almost good value.
