Kgothatso and Jaundre was very helpful but when I emailed the person who was my consultant i was told i should phone when i couldnt really do so, to ask for updates. But when I received my clearance certificate from Kgothatso and Jaundre the process was quick and painless. Thanks for your assistance.

I'm happy with dept safe South Africa the way they handled case. Especially on the Last part of clearance certificate finalization, the lady Kgothatso Mokhonoana was always in touch and updating me about outstanding paid up letter. I got the letter and send she answered me immediately. That was the moment I realized hey I'm finished with this. I got my clearance certificate and I'm a happy man.

I don't have really much to say because I'm really happy that I'm done with my creditors.I was over the moon by the time I receive email from Kgothatso Mokhonoana saying you'll no longer be debiting from me anymore.
