Myself and my partner got a couple's package here and it was definitely our money's worth. Our therapists were friendly and gave us what we came for.

I bought a Wiki deal and thought I would give them a try. Charlene is a good hairdresser, would go to her again.The staff was friendly.

I literally had the worst experience. The staff were so I unorganized. It was a birthday couples massage my wife booked for us at 2pm on Saturday 30th July. An hour before our appointment they asked if they could reschedule to 3pm and i said we can't as we made other plans for the day. The lady on the phone asked if we could move it to 2:30 which wasnt ideal but we agreed. We got there and Waited an hour before our massage. We only went in at 3:25pm which messed up all our plans but because we live 40mins away from gaia we decided to still have the massage. The 1 lady told us they had a walk in couple that didn't book but they still helped before us. I asked multiple times for the manager or boss but the person sitting at the front desk didn't want to give it. I want a refund as this was by far the worst experience i ever had.
