I walked into this Dojo bodybuilder strong, but with no fight training. I was nervous about physical confrontation from fights in the past, but I desperately wanted to learn combat sports.This club gave me the opportunity to try multiple disciplines before finding my niche in the Storm Combat Fight Squad. Boxing & BJJ have become my focus disciplines.Head Coach, Ivana Ries, has helped me to see combat like moves and counter moves in a Chess match. Ivana gets her students to think calmly and clearly about what needs to be done, using a problem solving approach to combat. As a fighter, I'm confident in the techniques she teaches because we to put them to the test daily, sparring and rolling against multiple opponents.The comradery between the Fight Squad members is unique to this gym.
