My happy place! Such a brilliant workout, never felt better or fitter. Suitable for people that have never boxed before. cRESULTS also offer one on one or one on two personal training sessions which have been incredible. So I started boxing at cResults about 3 months ago and I decided to go with a month to month contract because I've struggled to stick with any form of exercise for a while. After the 3 months, I feel like it's changed my life, and I really mean that. I literally feel better about myself, I have more determination during the day, I feel stronger, happier, the list goes on. Thanks Alan and Ricky for creating such and awesome experience.
