Corne and phillip are excellent coaches. No matter whether you are there to get fit, release energy or training to get in the ring you are always included at your own level, and welcome. If you need convincing, 1 class is all it will take. Thanks guys!

My 2 sons love knockout Centre and their coaches Corne and Phillip, they are doing great in gym and also doing better in their school work after joining the gym. All round the gym made a big positive impact on them. Corne goes the extra mile if they want to fight competitively, even on his own time and funds supporting them in their fights. We really cant be happier Corne and the Knockout Centre its going places. Thank you Knockout Centre

Great experience! Didn't realize how much I was going to enjoy it until I started.The coaches Corne and Phillip make you feel welcome and are always eager to assist and provide guidance.Also a great workout for any fitness level, there's a spot for everyone.Keep it up Knockout Centre!

My first day there and i already felt like family. The owners are great people welcoming you to the family. I thought i was fit before i started training at knockout and every session reminds me how hard i have to push in the next one. Corne is a really great coach with past fighting experience which creates a great mentor for young fighters. Top class boxing gym.
