Amazing service. I was met by Busi when I called 3 days before to book. She was super friendly and gave me alot of information. She was able to estimate the price on the same day with just my engine number. The day before the appointment she gave me a call to double check if I was still going to arrive. When I arrived I was met with a warm smile and felt at home. I was advised on what needed to be done after the inspection (before they did the major service) in a very organised and easy way to understand. They kept their word and don't charge you for things till they get your approval. She then proceeded to keep me up to date with anything what was happening with the car as I went to the mall to relax while I wait. Very friendly staff all round. Personally,I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm looking forward to my next service and I'll definitely be back to fix all those things that were reccomend by her and the mechanic next month when I get the funds. I know fixing a car is always costly and is a headache,but at this car service city,they will make you feel at ease and make the process as smooth as butter.Big thank you to Busi and her team. Consistency. I have been servicing my car with the Illovo branch since 2019 and I have never felt like looking elsewhere. The team is very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming - they are a one-stop-shop to becoming a happy car owner. Took my car for a service in December. Only to find out that they actually did absolutely nothing 3 months later, because my car broke down and the guy that re-serviced my car at completely different location informed me. So what did I pay for actually?
