its like the staff take unhappy pills with go-slow juice every morning!!no one smiles - not friendly at all. the staff are so slow, its frustrating !by far the worst branch I have ever been to.standard bank should really think about doing something to improve the customer service of this branch

ITS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, THE STAFF ARE ARROGANT AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, I HAVE HAD NO 1 BUT MANY BAD EXPERIENCES AT THIS BRANCH.

lady at front desk was polite but i think they think they government workers cos they help 1 client and take 30 min break and their system for helping clients is up to terrible. 5 people came in after me but were seen before me. I just walked out.
