I recently purchased a product which we couldn’t use on site due to different application , I put the product back in the box and repacked it to be returned a day later and when I was explaining to the RMA Clerk (Grant Warne) that we didn’t even use the product and he can get it tested he replied “I DON’T WORK FOR YOU” I replied to his rude comment by saying yes you do because I am the client and he replied “YOUR MOTHER” then he turned his back and walked away.Shocking how such a well-known and respected company could allow such a disrespectful employee to be dealing with clients!
