The equipment is hardly work. A few machines have been down for over a year. The speakers for music do not work for the classes. The aircon is always down.

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would have selected, the consultant that I dealt with when I wanted to start my contract was amazing however I had a few issues that I needed assistance with and after I signed up that was the first and last time I've experienced any sort of positive customer service from most of the consultants including the manager.

Compared to other Virgin Actives its average. Steam room has not worked properly in months. I walked in today and low and behold no steam in the steam room. Complained previously at reception and nothing happened. I use 3 other Virgin Actives and their steam rooms are noticeably better.Had a swim today and I am not sure what is in that water but my eyes are blood shot and hurt like hell. Not sure if they had just dosed the water but wow. My fault for not wearing goggles maybe but again, dont have this issue in other pools.

No aircon for almost a month.Pool not usable for some time as well.Other day there was no hot water (no showers) with all the above.No incline sit-up, no rear delt fly, lots of personal trainers filming their clients for Instagram which is super frustrating.

Awesome gym. Very helpful staff. Great range of facilities. only downside was the incorrect debit from my account. Requested a refund. The full amount was not refunded. Still trying to get my full refund. Head office not so helpful. The lines are busy. Takes forever to get through to someone at head office. Even the representative at Sunning hill was waiting on the phone for a long time trying to help me out. He was not winning. I do hope this gets sorted out and that this does not happen again.
