A company i recommend.It was a very difficult job but they were able to do it on time without disrupting the property tenants.They explained everything as they did it so i could keep my clients in the loop which helped a lot.They were very reasonable with price and 10yr warranty was better value that the blokes in a ute.

Professional company to deal with - highly recommended

Where do I start?About two years ago I unfortunately chose BUSS to seal my shower due to high moisture content in the air.I get home after the job has been done and they've given me an invoice for approx. $500 for replacing all the grout.They did not touch the grout.All they did was put a cheap silicone around the edge of the shower and also around the drain where a large portion of grout was missing. This silicone was also white and all the grout in my shower was black so now my bathroom also looked ridiculous.After a lot of back and forth they agreed to reduce the fee and only charge me for the silicone work that they did but they refused to come back and replace all the grout.Fast forward one year and the silicone around the drain is peeling and lifting up at the edges so I contact BUSS again as they have a '25 year warranty.'Again they refused to do the whole job properly and said they would only replace the peeling silicone around the drain - but this time they would do it with grout!I had to stay home and wait for their employee to rock up and he never showed.I contacted them to advise and they said he would be there the next day...The grout work that they did was bumpy and uneven... my poor husband had to redo it all over again himself .I've never had such a shocking experience with any company...I love that their motto is Do it once

My client and their tenants had a water ingress issue for a quite a while. Buss sent out their structural engineer and supervisor and they diagnosed the problem in about 30 mins.They gave me a certified engineering report with a 10 year warranty.The team the completed the works with minimal effect on the tenants.We were pleased with the outcome.
