Great studio, they focus on fitness, health and nutrition. Just off rivonia so easy access to and from the highway. I recommend Sal and her studio to everyone.

All round great centre! Highly experienced masseuse therapists, pilates instructors and wellness professionals. Serene environment right in the heart of Rivonia with easy access to many surrounds. Fun Zumba classes that kick your butt into action. Highly recommended!
