Dropped off some shoes for fixing. The new owner (of 12 months) seems very nice and helpful. I'll comment on workmanship once I get my shoes back. Had to pay up front ( due to customers not coming back to collect shoes). Decent value so far....

Just good old fashioned service with a smile is what you can expect from this lovely lady who now owns the old Rieds Bootmakers…now renamed The Expert Bootmakers. My two piece Dainese suit needed a new larger gauge zipper to zip them together plus a few new press studs to secure the inner lining….all of which was done with very caring attitude at a reasonable price. She also sorted me with some leather cleaner conditioner solution she makes herself, they’ve come up looking brand new. Definitely will be coming back for these type of repairs in the future. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and outstanding workmanship. I was considering having to replace my adventure motorcycle boots at great cost as some of the stitching was starting to perish and the waterproofing had failed. However after a reasonable fee they are fixed and ready to be utilised for a few more seasons! Would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a quality service.

Reids have been fantastic every time I have used them. The buckles they replaced on my sandles (which broke) were better quality than the originals, their prices are fair and the staff couldn't be nicer. They truly will help you out with a job or product if they can. I recommend them highly!

Great service! We have always used Reid’s Bootmakers for shoe repairs and recently bought a replacement car key and batteries for our remotes. Cannot fault the service and at a very reasonable price. We love supporting such an awesome local business.

Fantastic service & craftsmanship! Dropped my shoes in the other day for a resole and the result was good as new. If you want the vic park local service and product knowledge this is the place. Anything leather and they have the skills for you!
