Bad recovery center....nurses are clue less have to ask for your med and they will send you back...claiming you don't take any...dismissive finance department stuff...

Safe environment to get clean. That is it. The service is total nonsense. They do not take care of their patients when it comes to emergencies and health. The pyscatrist has an attitude and refuses to help where it is needed. Physcologyst are friendly though. All the nurses are lazy and have this horrible attitude. Half the time they do not know what they are doing. They call you to take you to the doctor or pyscatrist as they are ready to see you and you end up in a que for an hour. They charge way too much and their website is misleading. There is no gormet chef the food is tough and hospital like. Mush mash. Still can't get over the bad service and attitude of the nurses!!! I caught a virus and was so sick they did not tend to me so I had to leave.

Professional staff and beautiful place.

I was at this facility in April 2021. What an amazing experience. I would recommend anyone to go there for rehabilitation and mental healing. The food was great. The session were informative. The staff and nurses really do look after your wellbeing. I would like to compliment one specific nurse, Jane, you are amazing! Thank You16/03/2022Today almost a year after I wish I could have been there. Amazing experience, but unfortunately don't have the money.

I had fun it was home away from home

Worst place every, not only did my sister not get help, but the had braais and parties every weekend and knowing she's an addict and highly medicated at night allowed her to run. R2000 account at the tucks hop and then had the audacity to sue her for the money .Dont recommend it at all they medicate you to such an extent to get rid of the problem instead of counseling to find root of problem..

Infact you don't even deserve a star. From nurses giving my mom wrong treatment, sometimes no treatment. You don't even answer your calls. You treat patients like children. You tell then to bring their own water yet not even allow them to fetch the said water from the car. Your nurses are incompetent, clueless, know nothing except being rude. SIES !

I would like to say to the staff and nurses especially my doctor and counselor for the treatment that I received from your institution 5 star all the way to the hospital manager for always going the extra mile in making sure your patients are taken care of and thanks for our Friday braai we felt we were at home and during our braai time we were always under supervision by our medical staff as well as security I only had one issue and that was the quality of the water wich we drank I would highly recommend you look into having the drinking water changed apart from that big ups to beethoven you made a difference in my life when I had lost all hope and highly recommend your treatment program and hospitality
