I have been a client of Landrover Bloemfontein since 1999. I live 400 kms from the dealership so usually book an appointment well in advance. However, with my recent , unexpected, visit to Landrover I was once again helped immediately on my arrival. Within a few minutes of arriving at the dealership the two technicians had diagnosed the problem - my access to town is a 40 km gravel road and stones had severed a number of wires under my Discovery. Thank you to all at Landrover - Hein , Abrie, Charl, James and Monica as well as all the other staff who are always so kind and courteous to the old Tannie. No words can express how much you all mean to me, knowing that my Landrover is in your hands. My sincere thanks and appreciation for always being willing to assist me. Des Cloete

Still waiting for a quotation for a vehicle after 3 days. I guess the sales-lady didn't like my enquiry judging by how she looked at me as a potential bluff.

I gents I would like to express my appreciate for the outstanding customer service that you provided The process of the purchase was smoot, Shakes and Randal were very attentive, informative, considerate and helpful. I interacted with them from beginning to the end, both Shakes and Randal were very knowledgeable about the process, the vehicle I purchased and seemed genuinely interested in helping me rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, I was more than comfortable pursuing the vehicle and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to visit your dealership in the future, as well as recommend it to others. As customers we complain more than show appreciation but I honestly have to say that this has really been an experience worth telling as the gents take their work serious. Shakes and Randal put the customer first, at most, all the time. They failed to do a proper pre delivery inspection that resulted in the car being delivered with obvious faults.Having the issues rectified the dealer exhibited the typical bahaviour of not giving feedback- passing responsibility to the client to find solutions, blaming their internal systems for tardiness, not accepting reponsibility and becoming less and less helpful bordering on sarcasm when critisized. Pathetic service- Thank you Randal Garvy, for attending to , and adressing my issues in a professional way.I will still recommend this dealer for they accepted responsibility and dealt with the problems
