I had a very negative experience with the new online booking system run by Enatis.I live in Parkhurst,.. and yet was forced to go and renew in Midrand.Can you imagine the social and economic cost on society if everyone is sent to the department that is the furthest away from them?Then when I went to the place in Midrand to renew my license, “the place I had booked in the queue” online using Enatis,.. had no grounding in reality i.e.did not exist.There was no appointment scheduled at 11:30 as per the Enatis Website.The website is a total farce.I had to submit the same paperwork as every other year after waiting in a long and poorly managed queue - like every other year.What is being done with taxpayers money?
