First I do locums for Dischem in the pharmacist dept.I enjoy it cause I visit all Stores in Durban,in that way I get to meet many different customers and patient's,and am very happy to be of service to them.Google map made it possible to find my way...many thanks Dischem is great, kind staff from cleaner to management...

A large and well-stocked dischem. I was impressed. Friendly and helpful staff, many tills so no queues. Great.

Staff are ignoring social distancing and are arrogant when asked to wear their mask covering their nose too. The chap at the entrance forces you to go too close as he stands partially blocking the door.There were only two tills open - right on top of each other.Go somewhere else. This shop is irresponsible with your health.

The staff at Dis-Chem Pinecrest are always so friendly and helpful. We collect out medication there every month and they make you feel like family. On the 7 May 2018 I was badly bitten by a dog. The next day we search for rabies vaccine but it was out of stock everywhere but Shiraz Alli went out of his way to get the vaccine for me and the nursing practitioner L. Buntting waited for us, after her working hours, for me to be vaccinated. Thank you for all your support and help you both took a lot of stress of my shoulders

I bought a hair spray in Dischem after 3 days of using it I saw the [BB date it expired in August I took it back to the shop I was very disappointed. I was asked if I want my money back or I'm gonna take another one? I said I'm gonna take another one. He come back saying sorry but they all have the same BB date. How many customers are using this expired spray. He didn't have no remorse no apology

Having had really bad health problems from young and then parents with serious debilitating diseases, pharmacists are usually the ones that make or break my day since my interactions are so regular (not always being in their control).Well, since coming across Damian here at Pinecrest, I felt like I could melt into a puddle of tears of gratitude as he has literally done everything for us, from organising head office account set up’s where you can keep funds topped up (never even knew this existed), to actually phoning the doctors rooms himself and sorting out scripts if incorrect or needing a repeat, there is nothing he hasn’t done! I almost don’t want to recommend him in case he gets too busy to keep helping us, but I have to commend the service received from this Dis-Chem as I am sure it is a team effort! You guys are phenomenal!

I needed a sponge matress enhancer foam layer for my bed. I phoned and got put through to the right lady who check for me and then proceeded to offer to leave it at the information counter so I can just pick it up. I had my 2 yr old grandson with me, so that helped a lot! Thank you to the Dischem staff member.

Hi, im a bit disappointed with the services at dischem Pinetown on sunday 31st January,, firstly if u looking for a staff member to assist, u cant find one and eventually when u find one that person don't know nothing, so he or she has to go find someone else, when the 2nd person come and u ask for a certain item u get told we out of stock, and they disappear, while doing other shopping i asked another staff if u keep this item she said yes we do n she took me to the shelf and showed me,, so i guess some staff don't know anything in the store n is getting paid for nothing,, how many other customers they chased away,,, also we are in a covid pandemic dischem staffs are all bunching up and having their own chit chat where there was supposed to be social distancing,, and were they was supposed to assist customers, but this is not happening,,, something needs to be done cos i wont want to shop at dischem Pinetown in the future. Very disappointed
