Understaffed. Those on duty not willing to help. Makes one feel like they are doing you a huge favour to assist you. Will rather go somewhere else. Used to be a pleasant shopping experience and supported them a lot in the past.

Great range of good quality products, as well as friendly professional service. However there is always a very long waiting period (roughly +30 minutes plus on each occasion) for the staff to get the products from the back to be loaded on your vehicle.

Nice place we sanitize at the main gate and the stuff members are well trained with friendly and polite attitude towards their customers

Fantastic service. Would highly recommend them if you want some tiles.Just make sure they have stock before you go.

Waited 20 minutes for a credit, not enough senior staff to assist, shop has trainees, not a great experience.

Bad experience. Bought material online thinking it would be quicker. When I arrived at Dispatch, there was no one to assist. The ladies at Express checkout also didn’t help. There wasn’t even a bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. What is the point of click and collect when you’re going to wait?!

This CTM is family orientated. There are lovely shady trees with a playground. But parents need to be conscious of keeping an eye on the young ones as the parking is close by. The service here is good. The staff are knowledgeable of their products and can provide advice. The tiles on sale are packed out for easy browsing which is a lovely stroll beneath the tree tops.

I am very unimpressed with their service. We placed and paid for an order on Saturday. Delivery was supposed to be Monday, however there was a shortage of stock and therefore we were assured that we were first on the list for delivery on Tuesday morning. It is now 16.33 pm and our material has still not arrived. We've called a countless amount of times and material hasn't arrived. We were told that another customers order was prioritized and ours was left behind at the warehouse, hence non-delivery. We were eventually given the driver's number to track ourselves, he answered the first time only and thereafter didn't take our calls. We eventually called the store back and asked to speak to the store manager and we were told that the driver is 5mins away. We're still waiting. This is the service we paid for. I'm rather disappointed. Further to this, the people we hired to renovate our home waited all day and so that's a labour cost we can't recover. Time and money has been wasted.

A good place to shop for your bathroom fittings and floors. Beautiful presented showroom and very helpful staff.
