I bought a wibox, was very impressed. After 3 months the battery lost power and now lasts for 26 minutes, where it used to last more than 6 hours. Logged the issue, had one call and since then no response.

Although I had some issues with my first wibox, Arion Power has the best customer service in South Africa. They immediately replaced it and re-imbursed me for damages. I was fairly upset after I received the first one, but they sorted the problem out so fast and they have very friendly staff, it's refreshing to know customer service like this exists! Hoping that this little Wibox lasts long, so far so good!

I went there this morning to buy the UPS cable since we changed our old wifi router. The guy that came down stairs to assist gave me multiple cables to try for free! Can you believe it. I recommend Arion Power to everyone that complains about power issues. My power is off and my wifi is ON. THANK YOU GUYS.

Horrible product and even worse customer support. I bought this product 3 months back, initially the backup was good but just over 1 month backup dropped to 15 mins. I tried calling the customer service but no response and I also dropped many mail for support and warranty information but no reply. Stay away from this product.

I purchased a unit some months ago. It worked fine and then we started having an issue with charging. Arion supplied be with a new replacement unit, delivered to my house with no cost. Would be happy to recommend them and purchase other items from them in the future.

Highly recommend this product. Top benefit for me is that I can replace the battery (which I am yet to do) without having to buy an entirely new unit further down the line, in turn saving me money. Kudos to the WiBox team

Unresponsive. No after sale support. Bought an expensive lithium battery from them which at full charge does not even power the alarm for 1 hour. Weeks have gone by since I reported the problem. No one has provided proper feedback.

I had the most amazing experience with WiBox- a part that connected my router to the box was missing from the box and within days, I had spoken to the friendliest sales person- Themba (shoutout to you) and he sorted me out with the connection I needed (free of charge) and within a day or 2 it was delivered and I am now loving my WiBox. Best customer service experience I have had in years. Thank you! There is hope.
