Cell C Menlyn Park Shopping Centre

Absolutely amazing service from Melta. Super hygenic and very friendly helpful, patient staff. Was a pleasure to do my contract upgrade at this store, and I can highly recommend them.

Cel C Menlyn has to be the worst place to deal with. Purchased a wifi data router from them in January 2022. Now 5 months later, still paying monthly contract R500 but no WIFI data. Excuse, virus, Manager Elvis has no clue and just re-issues you with a new sim card and makes your pay R150 for it each time, with waiting 24 hours to activate. Still waiting. Bad service from his branch, bad product Huawei Router product and long list of bad experiences overall from this incompetent branch and from CELL C.

Poor service from Cell C Menlyn. Patricia has no telephone manners and the branch manager Orbet is just as useless. They might just aswell close that branch down with Kolonnade Cell C.

Definitely a Cell C store to avoid. Staff is poorly trained, the manager has never heard of customer service and treats customers disdainfully. Thus store also does not apply Cell C rules and regulations and makes up their own. Rather go to Menlyn Maine-much better service and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Terrible service, The consultants are bully's and rude try to force me to take over a contract that I do not need. They do not know how their own system work regarding contracts. Had to go back 3 times with supporting documents and still no joy. However the store was clean (if that counts).

Its been 4 days i applied for device blacklisting but i still do not have an ITC number. They told me that i will recieve an email and i have not recieved it, even when i call or go to the store i dont get the help i need.

The staff needs some serious training on how to deal with customers, they aren't well trained and it reflects on how they treat the customers... Cell C do something with that staff... menlyn park cell c staff!!!!

This is the most awfullest Cell C in South Africa. POOR service. POOR communication. POOR passion. They don't ever do their best to help you. The manager and the staff are idiots when it comes to sim swaps. They do not at all care if there are customers waiting for help, they talk to their friends on calls, they talk to other staff while you are asking for help. They ignored me completely when asking for help, and when I asked for a sim swap they said that I should call the customer service line and ask for their help. Would 110% not recommend any person to go their. THAT PLACE NEEDS NEW STAFF MEMBERS AND A NEW MANAGER.
