There's a tattooed lady that works there as a consultant, had no name tag on and reeked of alcohol . 05 Jan 2020 visited the store. While she was assisting" me she was on a personal call. I'm glad I lost my simcard

I am so disappointed by the service i received on Sunday i have been a loyal to cell c for the past 14 yearsThe lady who assisted my father and I refused to give out her name to us since i questioned her customer service she was was working with this other guy it was just the two of them in the store so it won't be hard to know which lady am talking about.So i wanted to do a simswap for my number that i have been using for 14 years, let me let you know that was before i had an ID so every time i would lose the number i would go with my father since the number is registered in his name.I was so disappointed by the way she explained the procedure to us and even went to the extent of telling us that the has never been a simswap on the number before also to mention that she does not have to deal with us since she has helped 4 clients before us.I hope you don't get rid of her but take her training again we all doing jobs we don't love teach her some professionalism

I came to the shop yesterday, (20/02/2020) to buy a Wifi router and a phone charger. I got assisted by Tshidiso. He was so nice n friendly. He gave me the best service ever. Due to the kindness I received from him, I decided to come back again today (21/02/2020) to activate my router Sim card and sign the contract with the shop. I was assisted by Boitumelo, she was also nice. She even suggested that I should buy myself a Powerbank so that I can stay connected. I bought it with a smile! Thank you guys so much. Ure the best network provider ever!
