I ordered on the app and what a terrible experience its been.... I ordered at 6:25 pm. Im still waiting for my order and its 7:54.Called in 3 times ... No help... Apparently they changing drivers. What nonsense is that. Each time I called the guy told me he'd call me back and let me know ...each time no response... I had to be the one to call back

I placed an order on the 30th November 2021 at 11h42 Order Number 58859004...time now is 13h39 and I have not received my food. I called the store twice and the Manager on duty said she only had 1 driver. I mean its month end why would they take our orders for delivery but no have enough drivers at work. This is unacceptable and i must pay delivery fee for this poor service just imagine.

Really happy customer here..... The staff your there at the moment of of placing my order and deliveries were closed... Still manage to help me out. Even asked one of the staff members topic for me and couldn't be happier .. even in the pouring rain came and delivered my order..

Worst online purchase experience, twice in a row. Takes too long to deliver. Ontop of it, delivers cold pizza. Its 21:30, just received pizza ordered around 7pm. This is the second time in a row delivering cold stale pizza.

I've never personally been inside but the staff have been friendly,even offering to let me sit inside on rainy nights as I wait for my dad to come pick me up. The place seems to get a lot of customers though. Plus the offer delivery

Shocking, wrong pizza deleverd, 2 hour wait and charged something never ordered. Wrong pizzas still waiting for driver to collect and refund me. I been talking to store manager regarding this matter and keep getting told the driver will be 30 min. 24 hours gone by and still waiting.
