It's clear that KFC does not take reviews into consideration. After the lady repeated my order to me, she still managed to get it incorrect. When I get to the window, she is busy eating KFC with one hand and using the order machine with the other hand. Instead of a Coke I received a Large Pops, instead of a zinger burger box I received a zinger wrap. All that could be offered to me at the collection window was a sorry". Below half filled large mash and gravy

The meat finished while I'm on the queue then closed from on the 24december until 28december.

I'd never recommend anyone to go to this place, they make customers wait for more than 30mins, the cashiers are very rude, mostly the ladies that works at the drive through....They be busy on their phones.Something needs to be done at this branch.

I bay say 3 time n week and thy don't have what i wand and that was since laast year so i say its poor service and it you get your food its not fresh

Service was not pleasant at all, they were just too slow . Ordered at 20:00 only to receive my order at 20:27 , provided them with a receipt to request my cappuccino but was told the machine was still being heated up, was meant to wait again - ended up requesting my money back.Customer orientation is greatly needed
