PostNet Queenstown

The service was not good at all

Been using them over the years. Unfortunately after my latest disappointing show of service delivery, my journey is about to end with them. Time for me to give another company a chance who have already proven themselves. Parcel from PostNet in 3 working days from C.T. We are now day 10!! ..... Nothing!! and I have nothing more to say. Very disappointing!

I have been in the Store for the past 3 days staff are very unfriendly playing with their phones the whole mall has electricity but this store has no power and when the box was fixed around 5 I was told to come back following day after I have been there all day waiting to be helped ,today I have been there around 8;am and when they opened they told me the power box has problems again I'm still sitting waiting to be helped but I font see any efforts of this stuff trying to call somebody to come fix the power box I think the stuff are sabotaging this business as they enjoy sitting doing nothing and expected to be paid but I know few minutes before closing they will put the power back like yersteday and closed up and turn away customers and they happily go homeThe management of PostNet Queenstown pls do something about your stuff and your shop power electricity box if they where other Courier around you will be out of Busines as we speak. Sadly state .

Friendly, fast service. These girls are absolutely fantastic. A joy to go to postnet Queenstown.

I've used postnet on a number of times and have to be honest the staff are extremely moody they never greet customers and it feels as if they don't want to be there. The service here is very unprofessional.

Service very poor parcel was send 12/9/2022 from Cape Town and I received it 5/10/2022 after I called my brother to give me the way bill no cox Postnet did not send me an sms to notify me about the parcel when I ask them y did they not sms me she said they have a network problem but they were busy on their phones
