I place an order at 13h00 today 12/08/2021 i am still waiting. the driver called to say his outside but he was not outside . I called him but he didnt answer. I called the call centre again at 3 she said the manager said they must not deliver. I am disgusted in your service , it is not he first time i place an order and you dont deliver. Debonairs vincent you dont have customer service the CBD gives better service . i rate you 0

What an unfortunate Experience.Ordered 4 pizzas - Waited 2 hours and got FREEZING Cold Pizzasthey used wrong ingredientswe paid for Medium received SmallCalled the store to try sort it all out and the Manager told us TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!! we busy !all we expected was the decency to fix the error in a timeous matter!last time i order form here.Sorry

Never had a problem before. This time however I received a Cold pizza. Even the button on the box was black. My daughter ran out to collect but alas the driver already left. Waiting time was also very long perhaps a busy night? Still not up to standard

Worst place ever, waited for almost 2 hours for a pizza. No communication whatsoever. If I could I'd give 0 stars. Will tell everyone I know to never come here. EVERYONE. And who tells a customer that the drivers don't want to come to your location coz it's dangerous? Who does that, and the rudeness just did it for me.

I'm not happy at all, I bought 2 Pizzas on Friday, they were both tripple dekkers.The first layer was like this on both of them. I paid R404 only to get this.
