They don't answering the calls remember is airtime by that time the service is poor they forgot where they come from but it will catch up with them people's tears won't go down for nothing and i plea with management to deal with those who are behind not doing their job just to answer phone calls

Your people are very rude they don't have manners they pick on people and call people names if you don't anything I will go to the newspapers and I will shut you down don't try to ignore me I know who you are I know where you stay I know your friends and if you value your work you will learn respect and keep your mouth shut

My water meter has not been working since Feb 22. Department was informed by e-mail repeatedly but no response. Dysfunctional!
