IV always had a bad experience if it's not with them putting wrong prices on items it's with attitude as a customer we get from the stuff the cashier very in friendly they have a discount table but prices the manager said it's normal price so why call it a discount table extremely bad service and management is also bad with very lil customer service unpleasant to go to this branch .....

This is the cleanest Shoprite I've ever encountered. Mostly if not everything is there. Everything is of great or expected standard. The only problem is ques are slow even when not long. Staff is not bad but a room for improvement.If they can work on these a star for them and a title for being the best Shop in the Western Cape

Rude tellers. Lazy and would talk about boose and their business with each other instead of packing your grocery. Comment on your looks or what you're wearing. Bad service most of the time

This store has poor quality of service, with respect to the speed at which it`s cashiers are working. I strongly recommend that this problem be attended to so that one can spend less time in the ques. Nonetheless, the store has everything you need and offers their products at affordable prices.

Online it's says they close at 19h00 during the week but when you get there at 18h30 gates are closed.11 Feb 2023 gates are closed yet on line it's said they close at 18H00

Bad customer service. The express isle/queue had about 17 people waiting in line with only 2 attendants at the tills. Then the Shoprite staff proceeded to use those two tills to pay for their meals, also allowing a couple of police and security guards to access the tills before customers, after making them wait a while. The workers were rude. Almost aggressive.
