Dis-Chem Pharmacy Greenhill - Emmarentia

Unhelpful.Looking for an item I was told it's not available. I asked for them to check which branch would have it. The lady seemed reluctant and said it's takes very long to check, will I wait. I said yes. She came back saying the system was down and she couldn't check. I asked her to take my details and call me when she had the info. She didn't call back. When I called the next day, no one knew what I was talking about. When I explained again, the lady came onto the phone saying she was only gonna call me when she received the item. I asked her where did she order it from and how long would it take. She said she'll have to check because she is not the one to order it. Again asked me if I'll hold. I said yes as I need to know. She came back saying they didn't order it and it's available at 2 other branches. Called 1 branch (victory park) and they actually didn't have it. Luckily I didn't drive there first. Terrible service, won't be back there.

Went there to buy some flue meds ,dispensary people are very nice and friendly but as for paying points ! those old ladies needs some training not so friendly with customers at all .
