I wish to thank the friendly professional service received from Enrico Moos today 09 June 2022 at about 12:37. He conducted himself in a manner that just made my day as I was in a hurry and only buying one item. He treated me with respect and assisted me further with other issues that I had. Thank you for your positive attitude and for making Shoprite experience a memoriable one. Keep it up.

We had an incident with a guy that was harassing my daughter in the store today. Although security saw what was happening they did not do anything, only when I came and made a huge scene then they intervened, as it was a buddy of them, and management was nowhere to be seen. Although there prices are good. I would not recommend this store to anyone, for your own safety.

The place cleaner than used to be.Shortage of products .stuff not trained well and miserable, and often some prices not matching the shelf price

Sometimes great specials on offer. But the staff really takes their time like they are on a slow strike.. staff not very friendly and helpful.

Service especially from the front end supervisors shocking you get the real feel of shoprite customer service pathetic then a sweet cashier by the name of Simphiwe is trying her best to assist even when she is trying with fear well done Simphiwe you are a custodian of customer service wish you can assist training your seniors ...

The ambience is warm and welcoming and the shop is clean.The Butchery has fresh meat but the take always section especially Hake and Fried chicken is not that appetising but overall the food products are good.The queues are long and a bit slow especially during paydays and weekends

I will never ever visit this shoprite ever again in my life.. They sell rotten staff to their customers and they don't even show remorse for that... It's clearly a norm for them.. It is the nearest shoprite to me.. But I will never set foot in this store ever again

Today I came to shoprite Florida to use my Voucher that I get every month from My Bank. I came with my two Kids and it was packed. I understood cause everyone is paid so we stood For About 30 minutes on the Queue till it was our turn.The Cashier was super friendly and helpful. She asked that I go to the money market to get a Gift voucher card so I can load my Voucher. I went and came back.First of all the Lady at the money market was supposed to Load it but she sent me Back to the cashier and said she should do it. When I got back to the Cashier she was shocked that the Lady from the Money Market did not Load it. She tried loading it but it gave her Problems.She asked for Assistance from one of the Ladies that works in the Office area to Please Accompany me back to the Money Market and Ask them to help me seeing that I have been there for so Long.She refused qnd said I should Do It Myself. I left everything there. I am so disappointed in how this lady spoke. Something that could have taken her 2 minutes,She chose to not Assist because it's Close to Closing Time. It's Disappointing and frankly I am upset cause I had to rush back Home with my kids to avoid being there when loadshedding strikes. It's Disappointing that we get treated like this on a Daily basis by some Shoprite employees. How is such a matter handled?
