Always ask for a receipt! Always check the bag!! Passed through the drive-through this evening as I didn't particularly feel like cooking tonight and thought I would treat myself by adding some pops to my order. Paid at the window, collected my order and checked the contents just before leaving. Noticed that there were no pops in the bag so went inside to inquire. I was told that a large chips had been added. I mentioned that I had ordered pops and not chips but that I do not have a receipt as I paid cash. Was told that the lady at the window got my order wrong but that they have started making more pops for me, and then started ringing up the till for the pops. I was not expecting charity (maybe an apology), but honestly being told I now had to pay for someone else's mistake really put a sour taste in my mouth. I told them to forget about the pops and I just want to leave. They seemed quite taken aback that I did not want to wait, nor pay for more pops! I have had several instances of my order being wrong at this place!I think I have lost my appetite. Thanks for a fantastic end to the day! Good job.

Very, very average-sure they have a smile and it’s quick-but the chicken had been sitting for a while and how about getting it hot?? Luke warm to cold is not great. Has generally stayed the same as last time.

Gravy River with cold ChipsThey always get our order wrong, forget to bring an item and just keep the money, they never reimburse me for orders not delivered. I used to enjoy ordering from this store but their service has really gone down. Tonight I ordered a streetwise 2 with a pap and gravy for my husband, and I had a burger and chips meal, they didn't deliver to chips. I also ordered an extra mash and gravy but in the instructions i requested gravy only as the ubereats app didn't have the option to specify, furthermore I called the restaurant to tell the manager to double check my order and ensure that its' correct, which she happily agreed to. My order arrived without the chips or the extra gravy I paid for, I called the shop to ask them about it to which they said they will deliver it immediately. Here's what it looks like when I received it. The entire gravy flooded the packet and my chips, also the chips we really cold. Needless to say this is THE LAST TIME I order from your shop. By the way I did a test order with KFC Rosebank and I had called them 10 minutes after KFC Craighall agreed to deliver the chips and gravy, the order from the KFC Rosebank arrived 15 minutes earlier than KFC Craighall stores delivery even though we live closer to the Craighall KFC. As entertaining as the race was, I've made my choice to never purchase from your store again, sorry not sorry!!

There is not a compliment I would give this KFC, during the drive through. I ordered and asked for a double crunch meal with a large chips. Not only did they not have lettuce which they mentioned so I appreciate it. Continued with the order anyway, get to the pay station. I received a smaller reg chips with barely anything in it. So I ask the server to please correct this, and the staff member proceeds to take the regular chips and place it in a large chips package adding no additional chips. So not only did they not correct the order they even had the nerve to try and hide it behind the counter. Cannot express the disrespect felt from something like this. I am a resident of the area and I will not recommend this KFC to anyone.

There was no signage as to what is in stock or out of stock. If you are out of chicken... Why are you even open?UPDATE: Again.. I don't believe the owners read these reviews. If there was no chicken available, I couldn't have bought anything.

The store is closed more than open.Went there yesterday and was told the store is closed because of load-shedding, yet there was power in the store,outside,next door, and the street.And power had been back almost 30 mins prior.3rd time now. So i prefer to go to Bramfisher kfc instead.

Understaffed, took me 20mins to order a 3 piece at the counter. There were 2 customers in front of me. They waited about the same for a similar size order. After I got my order I asked for someone to come clean the table, I ended up cleaning it myself. Once I opened my order, the chicken wasn't cooked fully. Disappointed. Finger licking disappointing.

Service at the counter was good, order placement and time to receive meal was done without any hassle and did not take too long. The meal itself was of an unacceptable quality. The chicken pieces were all dry and overcooked (breast, thigh & wing). The chips were hard too. Very disappointed and wasted my money.

They gave us the wrong order, we ordered a classic twister meal with extra mayo and no tomato. We got a grilled twister with almost no mayo, it had tomato and the chicken was too hard to eat. Also the bottom of the twister was open so all to fillings fell out into the bottom. Worst KFC in JHB.
