A late review but definitely deserved. We visited Isla Sereno with my hubby in April and my oh my did we have the best massage ever. Today I made another appointment to treat my sis-in-law and I know the ladies at Isla Sereno will not disappoint. I have super sensitive skin when it comes to pressure being applied and the ladies were very attentive, continuously asking us if the pressure was still okay. This is something many massage therapists failed to do at previous places which made the experience at other places rather daunting than therapeutic.I look forward to my next visit at Isla Sereno and will come back to rate them another whopping 5 stars

Wonderful experience. Booked a 1 hour aromatherapy session that left me calm and relaxed. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Such a great environment to ease and reset your mind.Thank you for the amazing experience.

I didn't get value for money.Had a 30min session that was for tension on my neck. 90% of it was focused on my back and shoulders and not the problem area which was quite frustrating because I kept on saying that that is the main area I'd like her to focus on.The pressure was flunctuaing. I wanted medium be she kept on pressing too hard and it was painful.

Anita is the best! Will always ask for her when I'm booking.

Had a really great aromatherapy massage today. Isla Sereno is so peaceful and relaxing and the ladies are friendly. Always feel super relaxed after I leave. Would definately recommend for anybody who wants to get rid of stress and tension.

Kim was wonderful and provided excellent service. The experience was absolutely fantastic and going to be a monthly treat for my Fiancé. He went for the back, neck and shoulder massage and for his first ever massage he loved ever second of it, from the calming atmosphere to how well she was able to massage the millions of muscle knots he was struggling with.

Such an awesome experience. Will definitely be going back.

Had a great deep tissue massage with Anita. She helped to relieve such major tension in my back and I feel so much better. Will be back.

I made an appointment for my husband on his birthday at 10:00, when we arrived there was no one there and when I called to find out what is going on they canceled our appointment. Both my husband and I where looking forward to this, but are utterly disappointed and ruined his birthday spirit.
